Who we work with

Three kinds of client. One standard of delivery.

The commercial arrangement changes. The way we screen people does not.

01 Employers

Organizations hiring in Alberta and across Canada.

No internal recruitment function

Or one that is already at capacity. Administrative and office support roles, human resources roles, and the role that has been open too long because nobody has had time to own it.

Growing faster than the hiring can keep up

If the problem is not one role but the way roles get filled, that is workforce consultancy rather than recruitment. We will say so rather than sell you a placement that does not fix anything.

02 Delivery partner

When someone else holds the contract.

A delivery partner carries a defined piece of work under the name of the organization that holds it. You keep the contract and the client relationship. We deliver the recruitment, screening or workforce scope, to your accountability and your timetable.

Before the award

Named in your bid

A firm bidding work names us in the submission for the recruitment or workforce scope, with the evidence an evaluator will ask for. If you win it, we deliver it.

After the award

Brought in to deliver

An organization that already holds the contract or the funding brings us in for part of it. A non profit with a funded programme, an employer with a mandate and no people to run it.

SubcontractNamed in the bid

Aceit Digital Inc., Alberta employment programme

Averra Workforce was named as a paid subcontractor on the bid, delivering a defined scope to the lead firm's direction and accountability.

Funded programmeBrought in to deliver

Black Professionals Canada, mentorship strategy

Funded under the federal Supporting Black Canadian Communities Initiative, then engaged SkillUp Trades, which sits under the same company, to build and deliver the mentorship side and train the mentors.

If a bid is involved, worth starting the conversation early rather than the week the response is due.

03 Public sector

Federal departments and agencies.

We hold two supply arrangements with Public Services and Procurement Canada, so a department can contract with us against an existing instrument rather than running a separate procurement. You will find us in CPSS under both numbers.

Temporary Help Services, CW2463400

National Capital Region. Administrative and office support, and human resources management including classification, staffing and organizational design.

ProServices, CW2466100

All regions and metropolitan areas, and remote. Human resources consulting, business consulting, business process work, and organization development and change management.

Both arrangements were granted after Public Services and Procurement Canada verified our project references directly.
